Nyame Bekyere Prep School
Nyame Bekyere Prep. School is located outside of Kasua, Ghana.
The children at the school are all progressing very well and are showing signs of achievement regularly. Recently the road network to the school has been widen and improved which now means that the school is visible from the roadside. This has led to more children being enrolled at the school.
The school also has been blessed with a number of visitors from the United States and the UK who have had the opportunity to share with the children.
New Teacher
We have appointed a new school teacher after the departure of Kate who has gone on to further studies. Kate had been with us from the opening of the school and we all wish her will for the future. The new teacher is called Ernestina Akannah and she is from the area where the school is located.
Toilet opening
One of our problems had always been the lack of adequate toilet facilities for the children. Well thanks to the support and help by a number of people we were able to build boys and girls toilet. We were also blessed to have Evangelist Avis Parker as our guest who officially opened the facilities.
Extension
The school is currently seeking fund to extend the facilities to cater for more children as the current premises are too small. We are therefore requesting support from anyone who is willing and able to contribute to this endeavour.
